Garden Club to meet Tuesday
The Fort Dodge Federated Garden Club will meet at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the Lion’s Den, 731 Expo Drive. At the meeting, members will create abstract collages using pressed plant materials. Club members Sela Bryhne and Nancy Phillips will present the program and hands-on activity, “Bits and Pieces.” Members should bring pressed plant materials, glue sticks, and other flat items (paper, ribbon, etc.) of 1/4-inch relief. Guests are welcome at the meeting.
Roll call will be “a short snow story.” Diane Larson will share the Herb Note about basil.
