Loraine Carlson

Loraine Carlson, of Fort Dodge, will celebrate her 80th birthday Wednesday.

Her family includes her sister, LaVon Mason; nephew Wayne and Shelly Mason; and three great-nephews.

Carlson was born on May 15, 1939, in Fort Dodge. She graduated from Fort Dodge Senior High. She worked at Trinity Regional Medical Center as a registered nurse for 41 years, retiring in 2002.
