Ruth PeCoy

ROCKWELL CITY — Ruth PeCoy, of Rockwell City, will celebrate her 90th birthday on July 31.

Her family includes Gail and Joan Cripe, of Jolley; and Karyn and Paul Juilfs, of Pomeroy. She has nine grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren.

She has spent many years raising and showing champion Ponies of America. She still has four ponies that she takes care of, although riding them is no longer an option for her.
