FD council to consider school-police partnership

The Fort Dodge City Council will consider an agreement that would keep a police officer assigned to local schools when it meets this evening. The council will also consider a plan that would extend city water service to 18 residences outside the corporate limits in return for agreements that would ease the annexation of those properties in the future. This September, LifeServe is honoring those fighting childhood cancer and sickle cell disease. Blood transfusions are essential parts of the treatment process for both diseases.
