In addition, the WCD voted to keep the current slate of party officers, including re-electing Nedra Conrad as treasurer, Lorie Spanjers as secretary, and Demarcus Carter as diversity, equity, and inclusion chair.

MOORLAND — A structure fire in rural Moorland Sunday was likely caused by electrical issues of a side-by-side vehicle that was being worked on, according to Moorland Firefighter Brad Hoffman. According to Hoffman, Moorland Fire Department was dispatched to 2136 Hayes Ave. on Sunday afternoon when a steel storage building caught fire. He said the property owner had been inside the building working on a side-by-side when he left for a few minutes.
