ALGONA — The St. Edmond girls ran into a red-hot Bishop Garrigan here Friday night. The top-ranked (Class 1A) Golden Bears scored the first 10 points of the game on their way to a 59-18 victory and spot in a regional championship. Bishop Garrigan (21-2 overall) will face Lake Mills (17-5) on Wednesday in Mason City. During the regular season, the Golden Bears won both games vs the Bulldogs.
