Trista Ohlmeier capped off her freshman season at Iowa Central with all-region and all-defensive team honors. Ohlmeier produced just under 14 points with 10 rebounds per game, adding in 56 blocked shots. All of those numbers placed her in the Top-5 in the ICCAC. The 12th-ranked Tritons were swept by No. 11 Southeastern on their home turf, falling 9-5 on Saturday and 6-4 and 11-9 on Sunday. Iowa Central (25-4 overall, 4-3 in the ICCAC) had won 21 consecutive games before the series with the Blackhawks (20-8, 6-1).
