It was all Iowa Central from the jump against the Mount Mercy University junior varsity squad on Wednesday inside Hodges Fieldhouse.

The sixth-ranked Triton men (7-0 overall) remained unbeaten with a 131-76 rout.

Iowa Central scored 74 points in the first half alone and shot 54 percent from the field for the game. Aleix Sempere had a huge effort with 27 points and 16 rebounds.

All five Triton starters reached double figures, with Jordan Cain (21 points, 10 rebounds) also recording a double-double. Jalen Wynter (15 points), CJ Mitchell (15) and Tashun Pender (14) were next in line.

Dorian Pruitt contributed 11 off the bench.

Mitchell dished out eight assists. Cain and Pruitt tallied three steals each.

Iowa Central is back in action on Saturday at Kansas City (Kan.) for a 3 p.m. tip.
