The Fort Dodge dance program had five soloists (above) secure a Div. I rating at the state championships this past weekend in Des Moines (front row, left to right): Olivia Daniel, Audra Sells, Jayde Naeve, Kinley Walker and Casey Alexander. The Dodgers, coached by Emily Eastwood and Shalynn Greve, also saw (back, left to right) Ellie Alstott, Emma Mason, Aubrey Rees and Valyn Fredrichs compete.

FDSH’s JV dance squad (left) was in action at state in Newton. Participating in the large-school class, the Dodgers took second place in Hip-Hop and fourth in Pom. They also earned Div. I ratings in both, as well as Jazz.

The FDSH JV Jazz squad included Finley Farrell, Breylin Feeley, Carley Johnson, Gretta Pratt, Madi Smith and Eliana Yeoman. The Pom team consisted of Sophie Brown, Farrell, Feeley, Johnson, Carson Lamoureux, Pratt, Smith and Yeoman. The Hip Hop squad was Brown, Farrell, Feeley, Chloe Harrison, Johnson, Lamoureux, Hadley McKinney, Leah Myer, Pratt, Smith, and Yeoman.
