On September 3, 1959, Richard was united in marriage to Mary McCusker in Whittemore and they made their home on the family farm south of Duncombe. Richard was extremely proud of being a 3rd generation lifelong farmer along with his brother Tom, growing his seed business for over 30 years and farming Mary’s family farm in Ruthven. He enjoyed life with friends, family, grandkids and spending their winters in Texas. Richard, also known as “Rodeo,” will be truly missed by all who knew him.
