ROCKWELL CITY — Dorothy M. Talbott, 95, passed away Saturday. January 18, 2020, at Shady Oaks Care Center, Lake City. Funeral Services will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 22, at the United Methodist Church, Rockwell City, with Pastor Anita Bane officiating. Burial will be at Rosehill Cemetery, Rockwell City, with Military Graveside Rites by the United States Navy Honor Guard and the Rockwell City Veterans Organization. Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 21, at the Palmer & Swank Funeral Home, Rockwell City.
