RICHARD F. BLOMKER
HUMBOLDT — Richard F. Blomker, 94, of Humboldt, passed away July 22, 2017 at the Humboldt Care Center North. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 28, 2017 at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church in Humboldt with the Rev. Gene Broughton officiating. Burial with full military rites will be in Union Cemetery, Humboldt. Visitation is from 10-11 a.m. Friday at the church. The Mason-Lindhart Funeral Home of Humboldt is assisting the family.
Mr. Blomker is survived by his daughter, Marilyn (Mark) Schoeller of Clear Lake; sons, Bill (Diane) Blomker of Fort Dodge, Rev. Richard (Kathy) Blomker of Cottage Grove, WI, and Douglas (Kathy) Blomker of Harrisburg, SD; 10 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Luella (Folk) Blomker; his wife, Edith Blomker in 2005; sister, Cleo Cook; and brothers, Henry and Kenneth Blomker.
