Tyndall sought for work release violation

A man who was serving time for voluntary manslaughter is being sought by the Iowa Department of Corrections after he failed to show up to his job.

Lawrence J. Tyndall, 37, was on work release at the Fort Dodge Residential Correctional Facility, 311 First Ave. S.

On Friday, the DOC reported that Tyndall didn’t show up for work like he was supposed to.

He has been at the Fort Dodge facility since March 7.

Tyndall is described as a Native American man, 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing 195 pounds.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Fort Dodge Police Department at 573-1426.
