Lee reported as work release escape
Ronnie Wayne Lee, convicted of being a habitual offender in Carroll County, failed to report back to the Fort Dodge Residential Correctional Facility as required on Saturday. Lee is a 54-year-old white male, measures 5 feet 9 inches tall, and weighs 180 pounds. He was admitted to the work release facility on Aug. 2, 2023.
