Sewer repair scheduled on west side
Starting at 5 a.m. today, A Street West will be closed from Triton Circle to Avenue M West for sanitary sewer repairs. The repairs are expected to take place through Friday.
The outside southbound lane on U.S. Highway 169 and the turn lane from Highway 169 onto A Street West will be closed during the repair. Southbound Highway 169 traffic will be reduced to one lane around the Triton Circle intersection. Access will remain open for local residents and emergency services.
Motorists are encouraged to use caution in and around the area or use alternate routes if possible.
