The Fort Dodge Municipal Building, 819 First Ave. S., will host general election voting for Precinct 6 and Precinct 7 on Nov. 3. This is the first time the city administration building has hosted precinct voting.

To protect the health and safety of city employees and visitors, voters are asked to not enter through the main entrance on First Avenue South.

Residents of Precinct 6 and Precinct 7 should enter the Municipal Building through the South Ninth Street entrance on the east side of the building and go immediately to the right into the City Council chambers for voting.

Voters will exit back out onto South Ninth Street.

Free parking for voters will be available on South Ninth Street, in the lots directly behind the Municipal Building and behind Bruce’s Funeral Home.
