Free dental day planned for veterans
Webster County Public Health’s I-Smile Silver program, in conjunction with a local dentist, is planning a free dental clinic for Iowa veterans.
The clinic, which would take place in early 2020, would provide cleanings, extractions, x-rays, fillings, and more to veterans who lack insurance or funds to pay for dental services.
The event is open to all veterans in Iowa, not just those residing in Webster County.
Veterans who are in need of dental care are asked to contact Amber Cooke at Webster County Public Health with information about their dental needs so that a schedule for the upcoming clinic can be compiled. Cooke can be contacted at 515-573-4107 or at email@example.com.
