Due to the Memorial Day holiday on Monday, May 27, refuse collection routes for the City of Fort Dodge will be as follows:

• Refuse normally collected on Monday, May 27, will be collected on Tuesday, May 28.

• Refuse normally collected on Tuesday, May 28, will be collected on Thursday, May 30.

• Refuse normally collected on Thursday, May 30, will be collected on Friday, May 31.

• The remainder of the week will be normal schedule.

The Central Maintenance Facility will be closed for yard waste disposal on May 27.

Curbside yard waste will not be picked up during the holiday week.

The Sanitation Division requests that residents place their refuse and recyclables curbside for collection by 6 a.m. on these dates.
