Otho dump site to partially close
OTHO – The gates at the Otho city lagoon site will now be locked to prevent entry during the week due to safety concerns, the city of Otho has announced.
The gates will be open on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. so residents can haul small tree branches to the burn pile. Residents can still access the mulch and leaf piles outside the lagoon gates at any time, but must refrain from dumping tree branches at that site.
