POMEROY — The Pomeroy Historical Society is holding Bingo from 2 to 4 p.m. SUNDAY at The Co-Op Bar and Grill, 714 East St., Pomeroy. Cost is $1 per card per game, split winnings 50/50.

GOWRIE — A fundraiser for Peace Creek Animal Sanctuary & Rescue will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. SATURDAY at the Gowrie Skate Center. Cost is $6 per person. There will be PCASR merch including hoodies, hats, T-shirts and more. Donations for the rescue will be accepted: paper towels, laundry detergent, Pinesol, Kong toys, grain-free dog food (canned and dry).

WEBSTER CITY — Cookies, scoops and books will be held from 3:30 to 5 p.m. TODAY at the Kendall Young Library.

WEBSTER CITY — Drop-In Saturday will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. SATURDAY at the Kendall Young Library. The activity will be snow painting.

BADGER — Badger Lutheran Church will hold a chili supper from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. TODAY at the church. The menu includes a variety of chilis, snacks and dessert. They request a donation of non-perishable food to be given to local food pantries.

WEBSTER CITY — The Hamilton County Fairgrounds Expo will hold a fundraiser beginning at 5 p.m. SATURDAY in the show arena of the fairgrounds, 1200 Bluff St., Webster City. The event includes dinner, a silent and live auction and music by Spencer Suchan. Dinner is pork loin, a loaded potato, green beans, dinner roll and a cookie. Tickets are $40 per person or a table for $200.

WEBSTER CITY — Nine Square Feet will hold a free seed giveaway from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. SATURDAY at the Kendall Young Library in honor of National Seed Swap Day. There is a limit of five packets per adults and two packets per child. Most of the seeds will be organic, heirloom, and/or non-GMO.

FORT DODGE — Eggs and Issues will be held from 8:30 to 10 a.m. SATURDAY in the Bioscience and Health Sciences building at Iowa Central Community College.

FORT DODGE — RJ Powersports Fort Dodge, 2606 200th St., will hold a fundraiser for Almost Home Iowa from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. SATURDAY. Free food will be available. There will be a raffle ($10 est. value donation for 1 entry) for a $100 Fareway gift card. Donations being sought: dog and cat food and treats, puppy and wet dog food, pet toys, 13- and 39-gallon trash bags.

FORT DODGE — A winter dinner to benefit Holy Trinity Parish will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. SUNDAY at the Corpus Christi Center, 402 N. Eighth St. The menu includes broaster chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, roll, dessert and beverage. The cost is $12 for adults, $8 for children, and free for kids ages 3 and under. Takeout meals will be available.

FORT DODGE — First Presbyterian Church, 1111 Fifth Ave. N., will hold a soup supper from 3 to 6 p.m. SATURDAY in the Christian Life Center. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for ages 12 and under. Menu includes beef vegetable, chicken noodle and chili with cinnamon rolls. Takeout will be available.
