Todd MCCubbin and Dennis Mernka were the top vote-getters in the Ward 3 primary election for Fort Dodge City Council. They will advance to the general election.

McCubbin received 33.4 percent of the vote.

Mernka won 30.21 percent.

Caleb Pokorny won 23.83 percent.

Jeanette Moss won 12.34 percent.
