What products and services do you provide?

Funiture and mattresses. Also, we offer in-home delivery of fully assembled furniture. We also haul away furniture and mattresses pieces replaced.

What are you doing differently to serve customers during the pandemic?

Daily store cleaning and wearing masks. We follow CDC guidelines with employees. Our store is large, so we can maintain social distance within the store easily.

What is the biggest challenge your business has overcome recently?

The COVID-19 pandemic. We were closed for five weeks which ended almost all revenue coming in, but most expenses continue on. We applied and received a PPP loan (Payroll Protection Plan) which was very helpful. I want to thank our legislators for that.

Also, the supply chain is very disrupted and product shipping times have been much longer and difficult to predict.

What is the biggest success your business has experienced recently?

Since re-opening, our business has been good. I feel people have been spending much more time at home, which has fueled demand for most in-home products. This demand spike has been nationwide.
