Jim Barton, left, and his son Alex, of Dayton, N.J., work on assembling a section of the William King sculpture “Parade” at Fifth Avenue South and South Eighth Street. Barton is the fabricator of the statue and also travels extensively to set up art throughout the world. The piece was donated to the city of Fort Dodge by the Catherine Vincent Deardorf Charitable Foundation. The Bartons expected the process to take about two days to complete. The sculpture is part of work at the intersection to give it a complete facelift.

Starting at $2.99/week.
