Children’s author and illustrator David Biedrzycki demonstrates how he uses an electronic sketch pad and Adobe Photoshop software to make the characters in his books during a visit to Duncombe Elementary School. One of his latest, “Ace Lacewing, Bug Detective,” features the digitally drawn images along with his writing. The image on the screen is the beginning of a beetle he drew for the students.
