The Rev. Marvin Smith III, pastor of the Harvest Baptist Church, and his son Marvin Smith IV, youth pastor, were looking forward to the work planned to take place at the Warden Plaza, which was recently acquired by the church. Since that time, the property was returned to the city and is currently owned by KDG LLC in Columbia, Missouri, which is planning to renovate the building.
