The Fort Dodge Choral Society will be awarding $1,000 vocal music scholarships for the 2019-20 school year.

Applicants must be college students majoring in vocal music performance or education with a sophomore, junior, or senior status at the beginning of the award year. Students attending an Iowa college or university and graduates of the Fort Dodge area attending any college or university are eligible to apply. Scholarships will be awarded no more than two times to any individual.

Applications are available at www.fdchoralsociety.org, through email to fdcscholar@gmail.com, or by sending a self-addressed envelope to Scholarship Committee, 438 N. 19th St., Fort Dodge, IA 50501. Applications and all supporting materials must be postmarked, emailed, or hand-delivered to the committee address by April 15.
