Gordon to study aviation at Iowa Lakes
Boston Gordon, a senior at Fort Dodge Senior High, has been accepted into the aviation/airport management program for the fall 2019 semester at Iowa Lakes Community College.
Aviation/airport management students at Iowa Lakes receive four levels of flight certification in two years.
They receive a private pilot’s license, commercial pilot’s license, certified flight instructors ratings, and have instrument ratings.
Iowa Lakes is the first college in Iowa to operate a state-of-the-art Cirrus SR20 airplane.
Gordon is the son of Matt and Kim Gordon, of Fort Dodge.
