Brian L. Yung has joined the law firm of Johnson, Kramer, Mulholland, Cochrane & Cochrane, P.L.C., as an attorney and partner. Yung has been practicing with a Sioux City firm since 2001 and previously worked in firms in Fort Dodge and Des Moines. Wells Fargo donates to nonprofits

The Wells Fargo Foundation has awarded grants totaling $515,000 to 25 Iowa nonprofits in the last few weeks to support the community response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The funding will help deliver critical relief to assist the most vulnerable in the community as well as small businesses. Community Health Center receives grant

Community Health Center of Fort Dodge was one of 18 community health centers in Iowa to receive a $20,000 grant from the Delta Dental of Iowa Foundation. Each of the 18 safety net clinics and/or federal qualified health centers (FQHCs) provide primary health care, dental care and/or mental health support services regardless of a patient’s ability to pay. Hamm joins Midwest Foot and Ankle Center

Dr. Brian Hamm, a podiatrist, has joined Midwest Foot and Ankle Center. He joined the practice in November of 2019. Hamm was previously a provider with Trimark Foot and Ankle Center. He left the area to practice in Illinois for 10 years. Hamm returned to Fort Dodge to partner with Dr. Mark Hartman.

America’s SBDC Iowa announces small business challenge

AMES — America’s SBDC Iowa has announced a social media campaign to support small businesses across the state. Their campaign, Support Small Businesses 5 Day Challenge, is a way that everyone can support small businesses from the safety of their home. The 6-part video series will consist of an announcement video on April 26, and then a daily challenge the rest of the week.
