Learn to Make Freezer Meals

Many people find it challenging to prepare healthy meals. Several factors, including a lack of time and experience in the kitchen, contribute to this challenge. Iowa State University Extension and Outreach is hosting a program that will help participants learn ways to overcome these challenges.

“Healthy and Homemade — Cook Now and Enjoy Later” session, will be held at the Webster County Extension and Outreach office taught by Holly VanHeel, Human Science specialist, Food and Health, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 11 at the Extension office located in the Wells Fargo Center, 822 Central Ave. Cost of the class is $10.
