MOORLAND — Ron and Shirley Webb, of Moorland, will celebrate their 70th wedding anniversary on Sept. 3.

Their family includes Randy and Barb Webb, of La Vista, Nebraska; Jaci and Bob Sommers, of Colorado Springs, Colorado; Scott and Renee Webb, of Jackson, Nebraska; and Sheryl Green, of Denver, Colorado. They have 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

They were married on Sept. 3, 1955, at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church in Moorland. He is a retired farmer, and she is a retired homemaker. They raised their family on a farm near Moorland.
