The Webster County Supervisors named Total Animal Control Services as the county’s new animal control officer Tuesday. ALGONA — The Algona FFA Floriculture Career Development Event (CDE) team earned a Gold Rating and placed 12th out of 51 teams at the Iowa FFA Floriculture Contest held June 10 on the campus of Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids.
