Area woman charged in human trafficking case A woman has been charged with sexually trafficking a 14-year-old girl from Fort Dodge, according to the Iowa Department of Public Safety. Amanda J. Goff, 41, of Belmond, was arrested by the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation and charged with first degree human trafficking, the department reported.
