Deputies: Kossuth County man died of exposure to cold FENTON — A Kossuth County man apparently died of exposure to the severe cold temperatures earlier this week, according to the Sheriff’s Office. Deputies reported that Marvin Bollinger,91, was found dead Thursday afternoon in a roadside ditch about a quarter mile away from his home just south of Fenton. There is no evidence of foul play, but an autopsy will be conducted by the state Medical Examiner’s Office, the Sheriff’s Office reported.
