Southeast Valley places 4th at Greene County

JEFFERSON – The Southeast Valley boys cross country team finished fourth here Thursday at the Greene County Invitational.

Denison-Schleswig was first, Perry second and the host Rams third.

Leading the way for the Jaguars was Owen Nuss, as the senior placed 12th in 18:29. Griffin Vote finished 18th, August Akins was 19th and Landon Vote took 22nd for Southeast Valley.

The Jaguar girls were seventh, as Denison-Schleswig claimed team honors. Emily Wilson was the best performer for Southeast Valley, placing 27th in 25:17.

Ruby Stimpson was 32nd and Charlie Dorsey finished 41st for the Jags.
