Champions crowned at Sports Park Raceway

Champions were once again crowned at Sports Park Raceway on Sunday from a field of 123 cars.
Humboldt’s Kamdyn Haggard won the IMCA Sports Mods race, followed by Drew Fett of Thompson. Mike Smith (Lake City) and Fett were the heat winners.
In IMCA Hobby Stocks, Braden Gifford of Boone was the champion, followed by Seth Butler of Glidden. Butler, Drew Barglof (Sioux Rapids) and Gifford were the heat winners.
In IMCA Modifieds it was Chaz Baca of Jewell and Jason Bass of Fort Dodge who were the top two finishers.
Chase Roath of Arizona and Tyler Housley of Council Bluffs went one-two in IMCA Sports Compacts. Rece Hayes (Guthrie Center) and Brooke Osier (Milford) won the heats.
Ryan Roath of Kamrar and Tyler Pickett of Boone were the top two finishers in IMCA Stock Cars. They both won their heats.
In the three heat race for IMCA Mod Lite, Dillon Raffurty of Kansas City, Austin Gray of Story City and COlby Oberembt of Adel won their heats. Randy Bryan of Ames won the feature race.
In the Street Stock Vintage Cars race, it was Rex Jansonius (Geneva) who won the race, followed by Brent McClendon of Ames.
Carl Yaw of Pleasant Hill and McClendon own the heats.
Brand Pinkerton of New Sharon won the Super Stock Vintage race.
It was Nate Hogan of Fort Dodge who was the Crown Vic champion, followed by Greg Dollens of Dallas Center.
Dollens and Hogan were the heat winners.
