The Iowa Central baseball team is No. 12 in the latest NJCAA Div. II Top-25.

The Tritons (24-1 overall) have reeled off 20 consecutive wins, scoring 361 runs this season with 84 home runs in 25 games. They completed a three-game ICCAC sweep of Des Moines Area this past weekend at Rogers Park.

East Central is the top-ranked team followed by Pearl River, conference rival Kirkwood, Jones and defending national champion Pasco-Hernando State, who knocked Iowa Central out in the NJCAA World Series semifinals last year.

Southeastern is the third ranked ICCAC team, as they are one spot ahead of the Tritons.

Iowa Central hosts Iowa Lakes on Wednesday.
