Reggie Pederson concluded his sophomore season leading the Fort Dodge boys with all-Iowa Alliance Conference honors.

Pederson was selected to the second team by the league coaches recently. Teammates Tytrell Mosley, Hayden Zuspann, Taevon Feeley and Brody Maehl were honorable mention choices.

In league-only games, Pederson led the Dodgers in scoring and rebounding, averaging 10.2 points and almost five boards. He added two assists and a steal.

Overall, he finished the year averaging 9.5 points and 4.5 rebounds.

“Reggie had to go against some tough, older players every single night, but he continued to deliver and develop,” FDSH head coach Willie Williams said. “It’s exciting knowing we have him for two more seasons.”

Mosley, a senior, played in 18 games for Fort Dodge, scoring 86 points with 54 rebounds and 30 assists. He also led the squad with 27 steals.

Feeley, also a senior, added 78 points, 69 rebounds, 29 assists, 21 steals and seven blocks.

Zuspann, also a senior, knocked down a team-high 41 triples, scoring 145 points while recording 47 rebounds and 23 steals.

“Tytrell and Taevon gave us everything these last four years,” Williams said. “They were solid players on the court. Hayden gave a ton of effort as well and was our best shooter.”

Maehl, a sophomore, finished his first season with FDSH by scoring 160 points, which ranked second on the team behind Pederson. He also had a team-high 88 rebounds with 11 blocks.

“Like Reggie, Brody will be a big piece for us moving forward,” Williams said. “This offseason is important for both our physical and mental development.”
