WEST BURLINGTON — The Iowa Central women made it two in a row with a 69-45 victory over Southeastern here Wednesday night.

The Tritons (15-5 overall, 8-4 in the ICCAC) held an early 14-11 lead before outscoring the Blackhawks in the second quarter, 16-4, to gain control of the contest. They used a 25-point fourth quarter to put Southeastern away.

Izzy Bassett paced Iowa Central with 19 points, making five shots from behind the arc. Trista Ohlmeier added 14 points and 14 rebounds, while Ashlin Jacobsen contributed 12.

Next up for the Tritons will be Iowa Western in Council Bluffs on Saturday.
