We are now counting down the hours leading up to the release of our 2025-26 Winter Sports Preview, which will be included in Saturday’s Messenger publication.

The 48-page special edition covers local and area programs preparing for the upcoming basketball, wrestling, swimming, bowling and cheer seasons.

Athletes, coaches and fans get a comprehensive look at teams from Fort Dodge, St. Edmond and our 15 schools from across the region. Reports will be included in both story and photo form, with schedule and player breakdowns offering a taste of what’s to come from each squad.

Over 50 squads are featured in all.
