Sports Park Raceway crowns season champions

A full card of Summit USRA Weekly Racing Series action at Sports Park Raceway saw multiple drivers visit victory lane.
In the United Plant Services USRA Modified class, Bill Crimmins of Fort Dodge earned the victory. Jason Schlangen of Cresco was the winner of the Marsh Concrete USRA Stock Car feature.
The White Transfer & Storage USRA B-Mod feature was won by Klay Beemer of Fairmont, Minn. In the Pickett Salvage USRA Hobby Stock feature, Riley Crimmins of Fort Dodge, took the checkered flag.
Trent Reed, of Missouri Valley, took the victory in the Matt’s Tire Service USRA Tuner feature. The Dillon Tree Service Vintage Car feature was won by Dino Rodish of West Des Moines.
Webster City’s Gerald Ford secured the win in the Figure 8 – FWD Stock class. Nick Hogan of Fort Dodge, won the Culver’s 4.6 Crown Vic feature.
The season champions in each division were officially crowned as part of the regular-season finale. Nick Hogan topped Nate Hogan in the Crown Vic standings, with Palmer’s Brayden Cundiff topping the Figure 8 – FWD Stock bracket.
Churdan’s Jason Minnehan won the Stock Car division, with Britt’s Charles Prime edging Danelle Lenz of Fort Dodge for the Tuners crown.
Fort Dodge’s Jeremy Crimmins bested Riley Crimmins of Fort Dodge and David Gilliland of Fort Dodge for the Hobby Stocks championship. The Modifieds title went to Lyle Sathoff of Sherburn, Minn.
Ty Griffith of Blairsburg was the B-Mods champ.
