FD’s Crockett with gold and two silvers

Jerry Crockett had a strong day for the Fort Dodge Middle School seventh grade boys at the Dodger Relays.

Crockett won the long jump, was second in the 200 and 400 and fifth in the 100.

St. Edmond’s Gavin McClain was the 200-meter hurdle champion.

Julian Trevino was fourth in the discus.

Placing fourth was the 4×200 of Brody Evans, Carsen Morris, Kai Lewis and Jayden Walker.

The shuttle hurdle relay team of Mark Cook, Roman Kavanaugh, James Kavanaugh and D’Adryion Walker were fifth.

The 4×400 of Evans, Ezra Schoess, Morris and Walker were fourth in the 4×400.

Cook, Roman Kavanaugh, James Kavanaugh and Walker placed fifth in the 4×100.

The distance medley team of James Kavanaugh, Roman Kavanaugh, Morris and Korbin Jones placed fifth in the distance medley.

Also for St. Edmond was Andrew Jorgensen earning bronze in the discus.

The Dodger boys placed fifth with 66 points and St. Edmond was eighth with 20.5.

Iowa Falls-Alden (163) was the team champion.
