Iowa Central men earn road victory

NORFOLK, Neb. -- The Iowa Central men posted an 85-70 road victory over Northeast here on Wednesday.

Jaylen Winter and Jordan Cain had 19 points each for the Tritons (10-7 overall, 4-4 in the conference). Winter knocked down six three-point baskets.

Irakli Akhalaia (11) and Daviyon Gaston (10) also reached double figures off the bench in the win.

Vice Grbic pulled down nine rebounds for Iowa Central, and Cooper Randall added eight.

Northeast fell to 3-12 and 0-8 with the loss.
