BOONE — The seventh-ranked Iowa Central volleyball team stretched their win streak to double digits here Wednesday night with a sweep of ICCAC rival Des Moines Area.

Scores were 25-19, 25-10 and 25-21.

The Tritons (12-2 overall, 3-0 in league) have now won 10 in a row including five straight without dropping a set.

Olivia Sturgis (Manson Northwest Webster) had 11 kills, Emily Goodner (MNW) eight and Araya Garrison four. Dani Anela Kapu recorded 18 assists and Anabel Seaman added 12.

DMACC is now 6-8.

Iowa Central heads to Wisconsin this Friday and Saturday for action against No. 14 Illinois Central, Black Hawk, 25th-rated Milwaukee Area Tech and the host, 21st-ranked Madison College.
