SIOUX CITY — The Fort Dodge boys soccer team traveled to Sioux City East on Monday night.

The Dodgers (0-3 overall) lost 5-1.

Parker Schillerstrom headed in a cross from Ryan Madden for Fort Dodge’s goal. It was Schillerstrom’s second goal of the season.

After the first half the Black Raiders (3-0) led 4-1 and tacked on a goal in the second half.

“The guys are creating many more scoring opportunities,” said Fort Dodge head coach Joe Jackson. “We just need a little more quality around the goal.”

Fort Dodge is back in action on Friday when they travel to Waterloo East. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m.
