STORM LAKE — Algona’s Ryan Stundahl and Moriah Knapp turned in strong finishes here Tuesday at the Storm Lake Invitational.

Stundahl went 17:25 to finish third behind MOC Floyd-Valley’s Sam May and Harlan’s Tyler Shelton. MOC-Floyd Valley was first with Algona seventh and Fort Dodge 11th.

Micah Flaherty was 46th to lead the Dodgers in 19:51. Jaren Christy placed 54th, Tanner Teske 56th and Carter Sassman 73rd.

Knapp was fifth in a time of 20:03. Harlan freshman Lindsey Sonderman won the race with Spencer placing first. Algona was seventh and Fort Dodge placed 13th.

Lexi Fellers placed 71st to lead the Dodgers with Madeline Stephan 72nd, Tristan Holst 74th and Paige Lewis 75th.
