Gaels stay perfect in NCC
CLEAR LAKE — The St. Edmond boys golf team topped Clear Lake and Clarion-Goldfield/Dows in a triangular on Friday.
Drew Schaeffer was medalist, firing an even-par 36. Peyton Scott carded a 43, Caleb Schaeffer a 44 and Carter Rial a 45 for the Gaels, who had a 168 to best Clear Lake by a stroke.
St. Edmond is now 12-2 overall and 5-0 in the North Central Conference. The Gaels compete Saturday in Ida Grove at the OABCIG Invitational.
