The St. Edmond girls golf squad competed in a North Central Conference triangular on Thursday.

Iowa Falls-Alden won the meet with a 215. Algona (241) was second, followed by the Gaels.

Carlie Yokimishyn of Algona (54) was the runner-up to Cadet Rana Janes (50).

Lilian Shin (69) and Ellie Driscoll (69) led St. Edmond.

Grace Kelley’s 72 was the top Gael junior varsity score.

“We struggled a little with not being (on the home course), but overall, we are improving,” Gael head coach Kelsey Felch said. “I’m looking forward to (Friday’s) meet in Hampton.”
