North Union finished up play at the state softball tournament on Tuesday, falling in the consolation round to Pella Christian, 5-3.

Pella Christian plated two runs in the top of the seventh to break a 3-3 tie.

For the Warriors, Sam Nielsen, Vanessa Von Bank and Naomi Jones all had a hit and an RBI with Cassie Beadle, Olivia Von Bank, Emily Meyer and Ella Ulrich adding a hit each.

Beadle, Vanessa Von Bank and Kaylee Meyer scored a run. Emily Meyer struck out five inside the circle for North Union.

The game marked the final time in a Warrior uniform for seniors Kaylee Meyer and Vanessa Von Bank. North Union finished the year 29-6.
