Merry Christmas to one and all. The Fort Dodge Evening Lions Grocery Raffle has been completed at Rides Event Center with the drawing of five winners of $200 worth of gift cards to Hy-Vee, Fareway and Walmart. The winners this year are: Mike Bennett, Brianna Orlmond, Ben Johnson, Kayla Wyant, and Don Sharf.

The Fort Dodge Evening Lions want to thank all of the wonderful sponsors that give so graciously to our raffles each year and to all the people who purchase the tickets at the stores and from our very special members. Without those two groups we would have a very hard time to do the giving to our recipients of glasses, food and hearing aids and all the other groups that we help over the year. We want to say a very special thanks to the stores that donate to our grocery raffle, Hy-Vee, Fareway, and Walmart and also to Rides for the use of their building, which is a really big help to us.

We held the event on the 19th at Rides and had a good turnout. Santa and our members had a great time. Hope to see everyone next year.
