Expresses thanks for Honor Flight
To the editor:
I would like to thank everyone involved in this 24th Honor Flight to Washington, D.C. It was great to go back as I was there for a short time during my service in the Army many years ago. I was happy to see all the memorials and was especially moved by the changing of the guard, the laying of the wreath and the playing of Taps. I would also like to thank all those who came out to send us off and welcome us back home. It was a privilege to be a part of this flight. Thank you all.
