To the editor:

We’ve all heard “Give someone enough rope and they will hang themselves.” I feel Trump and his MAGA extremists have done just that.

By stacking the Supreme Court, they have unleashed a monster that will overturn all our rights. When the court overturned Roe, they kicked a sleeping giant – women. They are restricting voting which shows me Republicans don’t want to represent you, they want to rule you. We fought a Revolutionary War so we could elect people to represent us. Did people die for nothing? They don’t want your input, they only listen to rich campaign donors. These donors don’t want safety or environmental laws that might slow them from getting even richer. If the Earth burns up, what good is money?

Hey kids, they don’t care about your future. Shamelessness is when you have no empathy, no compassion and no conscience. People, if you love America and care about democracy, then vote for the party that will represent you, Democrats.

They don’t want you to vote so let’s backfire and turn everyone out.
